1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between hvajee (https://hvajee.bet) and its users. By registering or using the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

Hvajee's Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Hvajee is not for everyone. Only Bangladeshi citizens aged 18 or above are permitted to use this platform. Access by minors is strictly prohibited.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To register an account on hvajee, you must provide accurate and complete information. Details required at the time of registration:

• Full name (as per National ID)
• Active mobile number
• Date of birth (for 18+ verification)
• Valid email address
• Payment method details (bKash/Nagad/Rocket number)

Single Account Policy

Each individual may only open one hvajee account. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, address, mobile number, or payment method is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts, and deposited funds may be forfeited.

KYC Verification

Hvajee may verify your identity at any time. This process may require a copy of your National ID, passport, or birth certificate. Withdrawals may be temporarily withheld until verification is complete.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh are accepted for transactions on hvajee. Currently supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

Deposit Limit

• Minimum deposit: ৳100
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000
• Daily maximum deposit: ৳2,00,000

Withdrawal Limits & Timeframes

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳1,00,000
• Daily maximum withdrawal: ৳5,00,000
• Standard processing time: within 15 minutes

Withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 may be subject to additional security verification and can take up to 24 hours to process. This is done entirely in the interest of account security.

4 Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on hvajee, please read the specific rules for the relevant game or event. General betting rules are outlined below:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Bets may be cancelled unintentionally due to technical errors — in such cases, the original stake will be refunded.
• For live betting, official results are final in determining outcomes.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, hvajee may place a hold on payments until the investigation is complete.
• Betting through match fixing or the use of insider information is strictly prohibited.

Maximum Bet Payout

The maximum payout from any single betting event is ৳50 lakh. Winnings beyond this amount may require approval from hvajee management.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Hvajee regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. These come with specific terms that must be met.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. To use this bonus, the principal amount must be wagered at least 10 times. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once, unless stated otherwise in the offer.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, hvajee reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

6 Jackpot Terms & Conditions

Hvajee's jackpot games are powered by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Every draw is fully fair and transparent.

• Jackpot tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
• Your account must be fully verified before you can claim a jackpot prize.
• Large jackpot payouts (over ৳10 lakh) may take up to 7 business days to process.
• Jackpot results will be published on the hvajee website and are final.
• If a technical error causes an incorrect jackpot result to be displayed, hvajee reserves the right to make the necessary correction.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hvajee platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Using another person's account or selling your account
• Attempts at hacking, phishing, or any form of cyber attack
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Betting using bots or automated software
• Match fixing or use of insider information
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Hvajee reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions
• Suspicious or Fraudulent Activity
• Registration with false information
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification
• Prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months)

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your hvajee account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

9 Limitation of Liability

Hvajee strives to maintain the highest standards; however, hvajee will not be held liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection
• Transactions delayed due to third-party payment gateway issues
• Loss of password or account credentials due to the user's own negligence
• In force majeure situations (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)

In the event of any dispute, hvajee's decision shall be considered final. However, users may request a review through our official complaints process.

10 Terms Update Policy

Hvajee reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform in advance.

Using the platform after updated terms have been published will be taken as automatic acceptance of the new terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.
